Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy

Pty Ltd makes no warranty expressed or implied with
respect to accuracy of the information, including
price, product editorials or product specifications.
P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd shall not be liable for incidental,
consequential or special damages arising from, or
as a result of, any electronic transmission or the
accuracy of the information contained herin, even
if P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. All content, content
description, and price information are subject to
change without prior notice. Product and manufacturer
names are used only for the purpose of identification.
All invoice prices either auto-generated by P4laptops.com.au
website, or sent directly to customers by our salespeople,
are valid for 14 days from date of issue.
Limitation of Liability
P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages or loss whatsoever
that results from use or access of this Website or any content, or related content
information. Payment Information All orders are prepaid.
When ordering by credit card, your credit card is charged offline (for utmost
security, we process credit cards in a non-internet fashion, via a secure EFTPOS
and CC terminal) and only after you have received and approved your invoice, and
have returned your Credit card Authority form by fax to P4laptops.com.au. Note:
credit card purchases attract a 1.89% bank charge. We accept the following forms
of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard. (all product) Money order
Cheque Direct Deposit (EFT, Direct Debit, Direct Funds Transfer) Flexirent
Outfront Finance Rentsmart Salary Sacrifice Arrangments (or
Salary Packaging) P4laptops.com.au Pty Ltd supplies salary sacrifice
invoices to the purchaser on the understanding that the goods listed on the invoice
are to be salary sacrificed via company arrangement. It is the sole responsibility
of the purchaser to approve or reject any items listed on invoices that do not
meet the purchaser's guidelines for salary sacrifice eligibility. P4laptops.com.au
Pty Ltd will amend and resend any salary sacrifice invoice on request from the
purchaser to meet specific company guidelines, however P4laptops.com.au Pty Ltd
takes no responsibility for any goods delivered that are deemed ineligible for
salary sacrifice and may give rise to FBT charges or referral to the ATO. Once
salary sacrifice invoices have been approved, any further issues pertaining to
ATO FBT guidelines and salary sacrifce eligibility requirements, are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping Errors
P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd will not be held responsible
for any mistakes or delays incurred by couriers or
shippers. P4Laptops.com.au Ltd utilises only the best
carriers and Air Freight: Australian Air Express,
TNT and other local Metro-area couriers as applicable.
Shipping Times and Courier Information
While P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd does everything in
it's power to ensure prompt shipping of all orders
placed with us, occaisonally delays can occur that
are beyond our control. P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd supplies
shipping and courier information to it's customers
based on information from suppliers. P4Laptops.com.au
Pty Ltd will not be liable whatsoever for inaccurate
ETA's, stock delays, or changes in stock availability.
Warranty,
Return Terms and Conditions 1. Stock Returns for Credit 1.1 For
products incorrectly shipped by P4laptops.com.au being double shipments, unordered
products or wrong part number quoted, P4laptops.com.au will only accept the return
strictly within 14 days from invoice date. 1.2 Products to be returned must
have an RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package, and the product
must be unopened and in a resaleable condition acceptable by P4laptops.com.au. 1.3
Products must be returned within 14 working days once an RMA number has been allocated. 1.4
Products that fail the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned
to the sender immediately at the sender's expense. 1.5 All returns are subject
to a 15% re-stocking fee at the discretion of P4laptops.com.au. 2. Non Returnable
Products 2.1 All sales are final, unless otherwise agreed in writing by
an authorized representative of P4laptops.com.au. 2.2 P4laptops.com.au
will supply certain Products on a 'No Returns Basis'. 2.3 The expression
'No Returns Basis' means that P4laptops.com.au will not accept returns unless
required under law or by mutual agreement. 2.4 To the extent permitted
by law, P4laptops.com.au reserves the right to apply the No Returns Basis policy
to all promotional/demonstration or sale product(s) as it deems necessary. 2.5
Product supplied on a "No Return" Basis cannot be returned to P4laptops.com.au
unless the product is faulty and is within the warranty period provided by the
manufactured or imposed by statute. 2.6 Products sold on the "No Returns"
basis: - All Systems Products - All Asus, ITC, Toshiba, HP, and Metabox
Notebook products. -All Components products including Intel, InWin, Kingston,
Maxtor, Microsoft OEM, MSI, Seagate, Vesta, Viewsonic and Asus products .
-All Consumables products including Lexmark, IBM and HP. - All
Networking products including Extreme, WatchGuard, Avaya, Veritas, NetReality
and 3Com. -All Software Licensing products. 3. Warranty Returns 3.1
All defective returns will not be accepted without an RMA number from P4laptops.com.au. 3.2
To qualify for an RMA number an invoice number MUST be provided. 3.3 All
products returned MUST be clearly labelled with an RMA number on the outside of
the carton and a detailed fault description attached. 3.4 P4laptops.com.au
suppliers will firstly diagnose all returned products before replacement goods
are despatched. 3.5 A charge of 10%, based on the invoiced amount, will
apply to any returned products that are tested and found not faulty (based on
manufacturer's specifications). All costs associated with having the goods returned
to the customer will be borne by the customer. 3.6 P4laptops.com.au will
honour manufacturer warranty periods beginning from P4laptops.com.au invoice date
or end users receipt date depending on manufacturer's terms and conditions. 3.7
Products that are found deliberately damaged by customer or altered in any way
will void warranty and products will be returned to the customer at the customer's
expense. 3.8 All defective products must be properly packed when returned
(ie. anti-static bag and sufficient foam must be used). P4laptops.com.au will
reject any returns that have sustained physical damage due to poor packaging or
handling that will as a result void the warranty. Rejected products will be returned
to the sender at the sender's expense. 3.9 If P4laptops.com.au cannot provide
a replacement for a faulty product, then a credit note will be issued to the value
equivalent to the current market value. 3.10 DOA claims must be made within
DOA period of the manufacturer.
3.11 (This clause applies only to non-ITC
product, and laptop returns not under normal manufacturer
warranty. All regular laptop returns are handled by
manufacturer warranties: pickup and deliver or service
centres. Check the individual manufacturer warranties
for details)
3.12 For Asus laptops that have been upgraded, full
warranty will still apply, however the warranty provider
will pass to an Australian laptop manufacturer. Warranty
is onsite pickup and deliver from anywhere within
Australia.
It is the customer's responsibility to return defective
/ cancelled products to P4laptops.com.au suppliers.
This is irrespective of the product being classified
as a DOA return or if product was supplied on a 'free
delivery' basic. P4laptops.com.au is responsible for
the return of replacement to the customer at P4laptops.com.au
expense.
P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd reserve the right
to change any of the warranty terms and/or procedures for returns specified herein
without notice. P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd accepts no liability whatsover
for time lost, or any damages or loss sufferred by a customer as the result of
a warranty or replacement return on any equipment. Privacy Statement
P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd complies with the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth). We will
never share or sell your personal information, including your email address, to
any third party for any reason whatsoever. 1.
VALIDITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS These terms and
conditions govern all agreements between P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd and its customers,
in so far as no departure from them is stipulated in special terms and conditions
or agreements.Our general and special terms and conditions of sale and delivery
are deemed to have been accepted by our customer even if they should be in conflict
with his general or special terms and conditions.The latter are only binding on
us if we have expressly accepted them in writing. Our acceptance cannot, under
any circumstances, be deduced from the circumstance that we may have accepted
the commercial agreement without objecting to the stipulations which refer to
the general or special terms and conditions or to similar stipulations of the
purchaser.The appointee, employee, spouse or any other family member of the purchaser
represents him and is assumed to have the necessary mandate to bind him in dealings
with ourselves.. 2. OFFERS AND ORDERS All our offers and price
lists are without obligation and are valid for information purposes only, so that
they are not binding on us under any circumstances. Our prices may be altered
without prior notice. Every order or assignment given by the client is binding
on the latter, but it is only binding on P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd after it has
been confirmed in writing. P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for
failure to execute an order due to force majeure, for example due to exhaustion
of stocks, non-execution of deliveries by the suppliers of P4Laptops.com.au Pty
Ltd, the destruction of goods due to accidents, strikes, fires, floods etc. This
list is not exhaustive. P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd is not obliged to prove the unforeseen
character of the circumstance which constitutes force majeure. The prices relate
to goods delivered at our premises. 3. UNDERTAKINGS
Our intermediaries, representatives,
appointees and employees have no right to bind the
company in any way whatsoever. Orders or assignments
accepted by them are only valid after written confirmation
by a Managing Director or a person within P4Laptops.com.au
Pty Ltd who is authorised
to do so. We reserve the right to refuse orders for
which we have not given such confirmation.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are stated solely by way of information
and are, consequently, not binding. Delays in delivery
cannot under any circumstances give rise to a fine,
compensation or dissolution of the agreement. A departure
from the above stipulation is only possible by means
of an express written agreement between the parties.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, which
constitute partial completion of the full order.
5. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK
The goods which are delivered remain the property
of P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd
until full payment of the principal,
costs, interest and, if applicable, compensation.
The customer shall not, under any circumstances, be
able to dispose of the goods or materials which are
delivered if the payments described in article 5.1
have not been made to P4Laptops.com.au
Pty Ltd More specifically,
the customer shall not be able to transfer ownership
there of to third parties, give it in pledge or encumber
it with any security or priority right whatsoever.
Delivery is insured, but takes place at the customer's
risk after departure from our suppliers warehouses,
even in the case of sales on a "free" delivery
basis. In the case of delivery to third parties, the
responsibility lies exclusively with the customer.
The customer undertakes to come and pick up our goods
or to accept them, at the latest within five days
of the time when he is informed that the goods are
available for him.
6. COMPLAINTS
In the event of damage, incompleteness, error or any
other visible defect or non-conformity, the customer
is obliged to refuse the goods or only to accept them
subject to written reserve. Every complaint in relation
to the goods which are delivered must be submitted
to us by registered letter within five days after
receipt, making reference to the invoice number or,
if there is no such number, to the delivery note.
After the expiry of this period the complaint will
no longer be taken into account. Any return of goods
will only take place after prior written confirmation
by P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd.
More specifically, the customer service
of P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd
will assign a returns number (RMA) to the customer.
When the goods are returned this returns number must
be clearly indicated on the packaging. Only goods
which are in good condition and in their original
packaging can be returned. Every complaint relating
to our invoices must be submitted to us by registered
letter within ten days after their receipt. Failing
this they will be deemed to have been accepted without
any reserve whatsoever. A complaint cannot under any
circumstances justify suspension of payment.
7. 100% WATERTIGHT BEST PRICE GUARANTEE
We undertake to beat any price for an identical notebook
at the identical specification - if you see the icon
on the order form, this guarantee applies with the
following provisions: The laptop must be named identically,
be sold by an Australian Retailer with an ABN, the
notebook can not sold by a supplier in an E-Bay Auction,
and all specifications must be identical, and the
notebook must be in stock and available for delivery
with the competitor. We will not pricematch any notebooks
that are named differently in any way, we will not
pricematch dealers not based in Australia, we will
not beat quotes that can not be confirmed with dealers
as being authentic. You must supply a quote in the
supplier's original format with all supplier's contact
information included for us to undertake to beat it.
Competitor's Price must include their delivery charge.
In any pricematches given, we reserve the right to
withdraw all 'Free' items offerred with any notebook.
P4laptops.com.au reserves the right to refuse a pricematch.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We will accept order cancellations and refund requests
on non-delivered notebooks not under configuration.
Once you have paid and your notebook has been delivered,
we will not refund. If we have built up your notebook
to specification but not delivered it, we can refund
to you your purchase price minus a 15% restocking
fee to cover our labour of assembly, testing, and
dis-assembly. We can not supply any refunds for drops
in pricing that may or may not happen while your notebook
is in the process of being built or delivered.
8.1 P4laptops.com.au Pty Ltd reserves the right to
cancel, reverse, or refund a customer's order at any
time at our discretion.
General
P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd may revise these terms at
any time without notice. Use of this website is subject
to the revised terms.
