| First and
foremost, in the event of an equipment problem we will endeavour to repair/replace
any defective merchandise in the shortest time possible. RETURN
MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION (RMA) PROCEDURE NOTE:
The RMA procedure is only for non-laptop merchandise returns. For laptop
warranty returns, please contact the manufacturer direct.
Please Note: - No products shall be returned or accepted
without an RMA number. - An RMA form must be completed in full.

1. Stock Returns for Credit 1.1 For products incorrectly shipped
by P4laptops.com.au being double shipments, unordered products or wrong part number
quoted, P4laptops.com.au will only accept the return strictly within 14 days from
invoice date. 1.2 Products to be returned must have an RMA number clearly
visible on the outside of the package, and the product must be unopened and in
a resaleable condition acceptable by P4laptops.com.au. 1.3 Products must
be returned within 14 working days once an RMA number has been allocated.
1.4 Products that fail the above conditions will not be accepted and will
be returned to the sender immediately at the sender's expense. 1.5 All
returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee at the discretion of P4laptops.com.au.
2. Non Returnable Products 2.1 All sales are considered to
be final, unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorized representative of
P4laptops.com.au. 2.2 P4laptops.com.au will supply certain Products
on a 'No Returns Basis'. 2.3 The expression 'No Returns Basis' means
that P4laptops.com.au will not accept returns unless required under law or by
agreement. 2.4 To the extent permitted by law, P4laptops.com.au reserves
the right to apply the No Returns Basis policy to all promotional/demonstration
or sale product(s) as it deems necessary. 2.5 Product supplied on a
"No Return" Basis cannot be returned to P4laptops.com.au unless the
product is faulty and is within the warranty period provided by the manufactured
or imposed by statute. 2.6 Products sold on the "No Returns"
basis: - All Systems Products - All Asus, Acer, Compaq, IBM, ITC, Fujitsu,
HP, and Toshiba products (PC, Server, Notebook, Storage, handheld products including
accessories). " PC ePhone and Accessories. " All Components
products including Intel, InWin, Kingston, Maxtor, Microsoft OEM, MSI, Seagate,
Vesta, Viewsonic and Asus products . " All Consumables products including
Lexmark, IBM and HP. " All Networking products including Extreme, WatchGuard,
Avaya, Veritas, NetReality and 3Com. " All APC products. "
All Software Licensing products.
3. Warranty Returns 3.1
All defective returns will not be accepted without an RMA number from P4laptops.com.au.
3.2 To qualify for an RMA number an invoice number MUST be provided.
3.3 All products returned MUST be clearly labelled with an RMA number on
the outside of the carton and a detailed fault description attached.
3.4 P4laptops.com.au suppliers will firstly diagnose all returned products before
replacement goods are despatched. 3.5 A charge of 10%, based on the invoiced
amount, will apply to any returned products that are tested and found not faulty
(based on manufacturer's specifications). All costs associated with having the
goods returned to the customer will be borne by the customer. 3.6 P4laptops.com.au
will honour manufacturer warranty periods beginning from P4laptops.com.au invoice
date or end users receipt date depending on manufacturer's terms and conditions.
3.7 Products that are found deliberately damaged by customer or altered in
any way will void warranty and products will be returned to the customer at the
customer's expense. 3.8 All defective products must be properly packed
when returned (ie. anti-static bag and sufficient foam must be used). P4laptops.com.au
will reject any returns that have sustained physical damage due to poor packaging
or handling that will as a result void the warranty. Rejected products will be
returned to the sender at the sender's expense. 3.9 If P4laptops.com.au
cannot provide a replacement for a faulty product, then a credit note will be
issued to the value equivalent to the current market value. 3.10 DOA
claims must be made within DOA period of the manufacturer. 3.11 It is
the customer's responsibility to return defective / cancelled products to P4laptops.com.au
suppliers. This is irrespective of the product being classified as a DOA return
or if product was supplied on a 'free delivery' basic. P4laptops.com.au is responsible
for the return of replacement to the customer at P4laptops.com.au expense.
P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd reserve the right to change any of
the warranty terms and/or procedures for returns specified herein without notice.
P4Laptops.com.au Pty Ltd accepts no liability whatsover for time lost,
or any damages or loss sufferred by a customer as the result of a warranty or
